What Fuels the Angels?

I saw an interesting van on the drive to work this morning. The back of the van had two Angels logos and some generic "baseball" logos. It was going slower than I, and I passed the van on the left. As I drove by, I saw the gas tank access with the notation "STEROIDS AND HGH ONLY", and some faded marks for whatever text had been there before.

Commentary on baseball? LOL... the truck was plain white, other than the logos and text described above. I wish I had though to check the plates... hehehe...
