Sad truth: I no longer enjoy updating my journal. I used to LIVE for it. I'd go through my day and as something would happen, I'd be thinking "I can't wait to tell my journal about this!" That doesn't happen now. In fact, it's the reverse. I think instead, "Well, I haven't updated in a while, I suppose I should think of something to talk ( Read more... )

As for Sookie, I'm sure she's fine ;-) Oh and are you aware they've turned the books into a TV series on HBO? I'd be happy to send them down for you to watch if you don't get HBO *g*

I heard that was on HBO, but I don't get HBO! Darn it! But wow, I'd love to take you up on that incredibly sweet offer! I'm in love with Eric the vampire. No, really.

Books fall in the tub with me at least yearly. Once it's dry it'll be fine.

Sympathy for your day!!!!! You'll have a fabulous weekend now though.

I'll miss hearing from you, but we change and our lives change and that's fine. Best luck and hope to hear more from you when you feel like it.

Things like that happen to me all the time!!!

I have learned to let those things just roll of me like water off a duck. It's counterproductive to brood. I usually just laugh about it and shake my head and think "oy"

I hate it when I get an attack of klutzinessitis. It so sucks and carries over into the whole rest of my day, as if it weren't sucky enough!

No no...I'm not at all saying that I'm leaving LJ at this point. I'm just saying that I'm going to stop feeling obligated to post, and so if I don't post for months, that'll just be okay. LOL, you don't post for months either, so it'll be the same.

But I"m glad to hear that you can be klutzy too. ;)

It's funny how you're easing up on LJ just as I'm starting to rediscover it again.

LOL, you don't post for months either, so it'll be the same.

Heck, I went a year with out posting because it felt more like an obligation and not a fun thing to do. Also, the fact that I lead an incredibly boring life and had nothing to post about didn't help either. :)
