I've been bored...

Jul 18, 2006 12:58

Yesterday was a fairly boring day, and I became pretty pessimistic about life as the day went on.  No reason other than I was being selfish and needing attention.

I left the house around 8am with my MP3 player and a bottle of water and walked to the gym.  I did lower body and abs while I was there.  I really like their oblique machine there.  I did ( Read more... )

I really wish I had your energy. I feel really lazy when I read all that you do in a day! I guess I do a lot in a day, but I just have to do it all here.

Today I woke up, changed diaper, fed animals, let dog outside, made breakfast, checked emails, played with audrey, took justin lunch, emptied dishwasher, dusted, scrubbed floors, did some laundry, and now im sitting on the computer b/c audrey is taking a nap. I also had to clean up a huge poop mess today. That really sucked and has never happened before! It was all in her pack-n-play and all over her leg so I had to give her a bath! I don't know what happened!

Yah, so when she wakes up I have to go take a bath, clean the upstairs, make dinner, give audrey her night time bath, water flowers, vacuum, read audrey books, feed duke, play on the internet, go to bed.

lol. I just had to list all of that stuff to make sure I did stuff during the day. :P

See you do like 10x what I do! I don't have a little one to take care of all the time. Although.. I really wish I did. ;)

Your first poop mess? Lucky you! I don't have kids, and I've had my fair share of them already!! :( LOL!

Jen's right -- you have a child older than 6 weeks and this is your first poop mess? Whew. You are sooooo lucky! Although Pack and Play poop mess = no fun.

Yah, she's 13 months so I've been really really lucky.

That's why cloth diapers are so good though! :P

On cold water and pools: my child at 2.5 to now would get in a kiddie pool regardless of the temperature. We're talking water fresh from the tap (which comes from Lake Superior) on a 65 degree day.

Screen:
I bet you can find a monitor for 50-60 bucks. Heck less than that -- try freecycle.

Movie:
I thought it was great. Erik thought it was a chick flick.

Well next week they'll be getting chilly water, and I'll still feel bad about it. :P

Thanks about freecycle. I never thought about trying that. We've found some on ebay for about $100 so far.

I cried so much during the movie. I agree with Erik, it's a chick flick. But it was a good one! :)

I wish I would do stuff like that when I'm bored. I just find a movie on TV to watch.

You need to read the books. I read all three in a matter of about three weeks. They left me wanting a fourth. They are GREAT books. I was a bit disappointed in the movie, but it was really good and I cried a BUNCH also!

I think my cousin has them. I might ask her to borrow them while I'm home in MI for vacation then.

So is the movie based off of the first book or all 3 books?
