On another website I visit frequently, I am a member of a group called "Religious Debate".  I could (and sometimes do) spend hours on there, debating with moms from all different backgrounds about all things religious.  We go around and around on things such as homosexuality, evolution, and the validity of the Bible.  People get so heated in those ( Read more... )

I think I posted about a month ago, whining about all the snow we had.  I had no idea.  Earlier this week we had 3+ feet of snow on our porch.  I have never seen that much snow in Pullman before.  For awhile Pullman and Moscow were cut off from the rest of the world as all the roads out of here were closed.  It's crazy.  Now that it is all melting ( Read more... )

Six years ago I was an Orientation Counselor for Washington State Unviersity's freshman orientation program. I actually met Scott that summer, as he was an OC as well. The fact that I'm doing a post at 3:30AM can only mean one of two things:

1) Forest has stopped sleeping entirely (which is NOT true, thank Jebus)

2) We're going on a trip! (which IS true, thank Jebus)

Our flight leaves Spokane at 7AM for San Jose CA. We're spending the next 4 days on the beach in Santa Cruz (at least that's my plan!) So....well..... ( Read more... )

Ok, I admit it.  I love television.  I have a couple shows (Good Eats, CSI, Heroes, Lost, Numb3rs) that I watch regularly (or at least DVR them so I can watch them later).  Usually when the new TV season comes out there may be one or two shows that interest me, but if I stick with them for more then one episode, they're doing well.
