NaNoWriMo
Since work is slowly numbing my brain today (anyone want to come and edit 60+ DNA sequences for me???) I figured I would post this little announcement...
I am participating in NaNoWriMo this year. (For those who don't know, this is National Novel Writing Month and happens every November. Why November? Who knows! The goal is to write a 175-pg novel in 30 days. Yes, it can be done!) I wanted to do it last year, but I was busy creating life, so this year I will create a novel instead.
When I signed up, it told me to tell everyone I know that I will be writing a novel in November so that just the sheer shame of having to tell you all I quit will keep me going. Seems like a good plan, so here it is.
