:( :( :( I am so sad that they are dropping out because of computer failure:( I use gdocs, so it feels relatively safe, even if sometimes you can't reach it.
I haven't been able to use gdocs at all for this PL; I keep being disconnected - or rather, gdoc tells me I have no internet connection even though I have and it works fine for everything else. Grrr! But I backup my stuff even from gdocs.
Which book? He's a wild card writer as in he has very different feels for each of his books. Much like Neil Gaiman or Haven Kimmel.
And just watch the vlogs that interest you most. Have you watched the Lizzie Bennet diaries? Fun times. Quick, fast but entertaining when you need a pick-me-up.
I read Looking for Alaska, I believe. I think it's awesome that he writes such a variety, but it makes it a little hard to gauge how I'm going to feel about his other work. I also cannot read Gaiman, although I did read Coraline (which I thought was good) and that graphic novel he's famous for but which title is escaping me at the moment. Sandman?
People keep reccing Lizzie Bennet to me. Is he behind those? I should watch them.
The writer dropped out of PL because the files were corrupted!!?! UGH, how horrible.
What does it mean to keep up with tumblr? Do you actually look at everything, every day? I suspect I follow a lot more tumblrs than you, because it would be impossible for me. I just drop in occasionally. And I have no personal relationship with anyone, unless you count being friends on LJ. I.e. I have no communication with anyone beyond reblogging.
I have no idea who those people are...wait, Benjamin Cook - an English journalist? He did a book with Russell T. Davies about Dr. Who, I think.
I was looking at everything every day, but suddenly the volume is insane and I can't do that any more. I follow less than 50 blogs, but I feel like only five people post.
I talk to two people there, maybe three.
Heee. Benjamin Cook is another youtuber. Check out his twitter account (linked to above):D
Waterstones in Piccadilly - when you've bought a gazillion books you can go to the top floor and have a glass of wine with a view and browse your books. :)

I read one of his books and HATED it, but when I saw Ben Cook interviewing him, I was like, John Green is awesome, what is wrong with me?

Looks like I'm following 189 tumblrs, but yeah, most of them don't post. Then they change their names and I have no idea who they are any more.

I don't think we're going to be buying any books, but it sounds like a fun place to go.
