Your day sounds so nice, actually, very pleasant. It has all that walking. I would try to post everything I did, except breaking down all the tasks I did at work would be kind of impossible. I try to document my day but I get a lot of little one-off questions, interruptions, etc. and those actually make more work for me but I don't write them down. But let's just assume that I'm busy about 45 minutes out of every hour I spend at work; then my day today looks like this ( ... )

Oh, I left out "play phone tag with roofing company," which happened a couple of times, and also "reschedule allergy shot" and "email friend to ask about which taxi company is best for sending kids around alone."

Oof. That is quite the day. And yes all the walking is lovely.

Thanks! I don't even know. Autopilot?:D You do realize that most days are not like this and this is not sustainable, right?
