I hate Mondays
Mondays are always busy for me. Today there were a few extra things on my list so my day went like this:
Get up and walk with neighbor.
Come home and get girls ready for school.
Walk them to school.
Walk home.
Start to unload dishwasher and discover dishes aren't clean. Ew. Try to figure out what I put away and hope the things I missed aren't covered with something that will make us all sick.
Go do laundry instead and watch QI with Brian Cox and Ross Somebodyorother and laugh my head off.
Run to school to read to DD1's class.
Fill up car with gas.
Go to grocery store.
Unload dishwasher and load it and run it again.
Eat lunch.
Walk back to school to pick up girls.
Come home and try to pick up the front room for violin lessons.
Attend violin lessons.
Take a break to finish watching Grey's Anatomy.
Start cooking dinner around 4:30 (creamy cabbage, okra, broccoli, and salmon).
Send dh and kids off to pick up in-laws around 5:30.
Eat. Clean up. Spend forever getting kids in bed.
Give up and hide in bedroom and eat frozen yogurt with chocolate sauce.
Am now about to go to bed. I watched a teeny bit of Merlin. Maybe I'll watch a little more. Maybe I'll some QI though.
Tomorrow should be somewhat better.
