I'm really hoping this isn't going to be a pattern.. When I got up this AM the weathermen said 2'"-4". By noon it was 4"-6". By 6pm it was 6"-8". The 10pm news said 8"-10". We're getting a bunch. I'ts GREAT packing snow, however. I see some snowmen in our future. And, 'someone' (who just moved here from MN) wanted snow! Well, she dragged it down ( Read more... )

We're getting buried here in Niagara/Toronto. The neighbours have already been out with the snowblowers and riding shovels to try to get ahead of the snow. There's already about 10" on the ground and it's still coming down heavily. I suspect I may not be going to work tomorrow.

I envy you your honest snow. The few inches that fell here were promptly rained on, producing mucky slush. Then the temperature dropped, leaving icky icy bits. Even were I to try to make a tiny snow man, it would have muddy leaves embedded in it.
