Tech. Support...Just, Without The Support

So Thursday to Saturday, I had no dial tone on my phone. Despite that, I still had my alarm system up and running, and internet access. I can't even explain how that's possible. So Saturday, I phoned Bell. Explained things to them and get told, ok we'll look into it and if we can't fix it on our end we will send out a technician...blah blah ( Read more... )

And THAT'S why I'm with Execulink. Even though I'm with Bell Expressview & the phone & will be owned by them in a matter of months, I don't want to have to deal with their shitty customer service when I have on-line issues.

It's why I'm with TekSavvy. I have a cell phone for another year with them. Last year it was important, but as soon as I can ditch the damn thing, it's gone. Then it's JUST home phone.
