Onyx Path Publishing has announced the Kickstarter for Exalted 3rd Ed. goes live at noon tomorrow EST, and they've apparently put together quite a trailer for the proposed changes.

Update: They met goal of $60,000 in 18 minutes. Looks like people really want this game. Current total $158,421.

I wish I could say I came up with this myself, but I didn't, just felt the need to share. It was a response to something on Crooks and Liars that I can't seem to find again.

So apparently back in August at Gencon, White Wolf announced a new company was going to be splitting off and doing their own thing: Onyx Path Publishing. Onyx Path is going to focus strictly on the tabletop aspect of all the old WW IPs and CCP bought up, while CCP/White Wolf works up other stuff ( Read more... )

Just found out John Steakley died on Saturday.

For those not familiar, Steakley wrote Vampire$ and Armor, and was working on Armor 2.

James Marsters has been confirmed as the reader for Side Jobs the Dresden Files short story collection.

Side Jobs comes out in hardcover 10/26, including the novelette "Aftermath" from Murphy's POV following the events of Changes.
