Mine is obvious. jaylake is my name, my auctorial brand. I originally looked at jlake, but it's a long-dead Justin Timberlake fan journal that's never been deleted, so the name wasn't available. That's for the best, as jaylake works better ( Read more... )

I seem to have discovered a little flaw in my most recent contest. The entries are limericks and haikus, but I'm having a hell of a time forcing a line break in the lj-poll code so they'll read as anything but text strings.

Anybody got a workaround?

ETA: I think the dataset on my comment history overran this utility. I know I've had more than 30,000 comments over the past few years, but it seems to have capped at 9,999, and apparently cutting off the more recent stuff,
