Jim Allen has resigned. Apparently Reince Priebus had harsh words for him. Normally I would welcome with open arms anyone Reince Priebus disagreed with, but not in this case.

I wish I could get the HPV vaccine. I have somehow made it to 48 without becoming infected, but Insurance will only cover it for women under 26. I've got to call PP and see if they can give it at a discount.

Apparently the rapist's victims parents WERE notified; they were the ones that required the abortion. If step-daddy had wanted to show off his virility, she'd have had a baby.

I think that NO ONE should be forced to undertake such a hazardous and potentially lethal experience as child-bearing without her active and enthusiastic consent.

Lacking that, abortion is way safer than child-bearing, at least as long as it's legal.

But the "pro-lifers" don't really care about women or kids, or they would not ALSO be banning contraceptives. And food stamps. And welfare (except for corporate, of course- those rich companies really need tax breaks so they can continue to shelter their income, illegally, and ship jobs overseas! It's only fair!).
