Was browsing some forums and i saw this old thread from June 2006 on seng kang BTO flats (Fernvale Vista). The prices were:
3-room: $94,000 - $123,000
4-room: $131,000 - $182,000
Here are the most recent seng kang BTO flats (Fernvale Palms) from Oct 2009, almost the SAME location, same size.
3-room: $129,000 - $163,000
4-room: $214,000 - $262,000

Hai3 Bao4 = Seal
I thought both of the above were "abalone" due to the "bao4" LOL
Mao1 Tou2 Ying1 = owl (I thought it was eagle)
Ying1 Wu3 = Parrot
Lao3 Ying1 = Eagle
Xi1 Niu2 = Rhino (I was thinking, what the heck is a western cow? but it's 犀牛)
Wo1 Niu2 = Snail (I thought it was Niu2 Wo1)

時々に日本語を使いたいけど全部の日本人の友達もう帰国しまった。
親友達は日本語をあまり話さないも。
同僚の専門は日本語だった。NUSで勉強したのに今日本語を話せなくなった。だって１２年前に卒業したの。＾＾；
姉も日本語の会話好きじゃない気がする。会える機会も少ない。
