a mosaic hallelujah

The day DEFINITELY ended on a much better note than the one on which it started. Now I'm kinda back to feeling sick, & feeling a LOT like a tool.

But I'm really, really happy.

Find out why! )

Sounds like a great evening, Koi, and worth all the wait! I am glad you enjoyed it because you really needed to have a good time like this!

And I won't even comment on how adorable you look in that pic.

Oh wait, I just did, didn't I?

Absolutely! I'm really happy with the way it worked out (even if I did flub the in-person bit, lol).

Thanks! Yeah, it was some much-needed ecstasy, given the hell my life has been of late. Of course, I'm paying for it now, though, 'cuz I'm REALLY sick. :P

Yep, you surely did.

Gee, even when you are sick you can bop me. You are a real trooper, Koi!

Get well soon!

When I'm too sick to bop, that's when you worry. ^_~

Thanks!

Yup, that's my itty, bitty, little brother. ^_^ They're all taller than me now. XD

He's 22, so maybe not mother, per se...unless, of course, you were a bad girl, lol. ^_~

Nice post and cute pic.

I love how Japanese ladies handle an umbrella.

And now I can find out a question I've wanted answered for years:

How do those paper umbrellas hold up in the rain? ;-)

Thank you very much. ^_^

Yes, I do, too!

Hmmm...I'm still searching for the answer to that, myself. The umbrella I brought with me on Saturday was a 'regular' one, the compact that I took to Japan. The one I bought in Chinatown after the San Gennaro Festival is, I believe, some kind of plastic.

I have a feeling the paper ones are only used as parasols, to keep the sun off.

omg omg omg omg omg...
WHAT A DREAM!!
can you even believe that I started to roleplay with my best friend how the day that I'd meet them would be? Dude... It all started with a sandwich X''DDD

Omfg... I WANT WANT WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT to see them, so so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I am all smiling! I should be all pissed off because they didn't come here yet... But I'm smiling!!! Probably because I am very happy for you! Because it sounded so nice the day... I imagined it all. And my heart started to beat a little faster when you said that you were nervous when you talked to Shinya. I guess I was imagining myself being you XD

But that was a great day!!! Hope more comes!

Squeeee!! XD

Oh, that's so cool!! Hmmm...a sandwich, huh? You're gonna have to explain that one! XD

I know how bad you want them to come, my dear, I wish you could've been there to see them with us! ^_^ I'm really glad you're smiling, though ~ thank you so much for being happy for me! :D It's kind of funny, 'cuz the weather was bad & I was feeling very sick, but it really did turn into a wonderful day!

I'm reading where you said your heart was beating faster as I was going to talk to Shinya...OMG, that's so sweet!! <333

Thank you so much; I hope so, too! And I hope such days come for you, also, minha amiga! ^_^
