Okay, I've done pretty good today. For Breakfast, I had a banana, one slice of pumpernickel toast with 1/2 tsp of whole grain spread with 2 oz of low fat swiss cheese. For dinner, I had fish with 1 cup of greens and 1 cup of Cauliflower with 1 tsp of russian dressing. I've had snacks inbetween. Low fat popsicles and I did have chocolate. I can't
