Okay, I've done pretty good today. For Breakfast, I had a banana, one slice of pumpernickel toast with 1/2 tsp of whole grain spread with 2 oz of low fat swiss cheese. For dinner, I had fish with 1 cup of greens and 1 cup of Cauliflower with 1 tsp of russian dressing. I've had snacks inbetween. Low fat popsicles and I did have chocolate. I can't quit cold turkey, because I know I'll snap and eat tons of it. For supper, I had two slices of light rye toast with 1 tsp of whole grain spread and some tomato basil turkey with 1 cup of greens and cauliflower. I've had lots of water as well.

For a while, I've been doing exercises. I don't know what to call it. You tighten your leg muscles. IDK, what it's called, but I've been doing this for a while now.

:( I'm craving chips:( not good.
