Blue is used to indicate powerlessness. Contrast it with Don't Stop Believin' and Red.

I didn't get the feeling that Blaine was mad when Cooper started singing - I thought he was reacting to the words that Cooper was singing - "but I'll admit that I was glad it was over".

Blue also indicates distance.

Well, blue is also a sad color, for a sad song. I like that Blaine has is power!pants on though--he's often in red, and I wonder about whether it is meant to give him courage . . . or rather, if it's a symbol of his anger, too, which he's often hiding.

Love the baby!Blaine pink shirt--thanks for noting, and looks like he's in a sweater vest, too! I was hoping we'd get more use of those kids in flashbacks in the episode, but this may be all there is.

Also really curious about the setup for this scene, and the Kurt scene just before . . .

I see the colors as cinema symbolism.

I think blue shows us Blaine and Cooper's great sadness, and depression on what'ws going on between them.

I believe the red, instead of representing passion, energy, or love, represents extreme anger. It would explain why Bline appears to be screaming at Cooper in a red light.

Those are just my thoughts though.

I love that you managed to see what baby!Blaine's toys were.

I love that he played with cars and a pink hairbrush. To me that is totally Blaine. =D

I can't wait to see what all of that is about!
