The day she died Jack took a risk.
He made a choice.
He used his curse to bring her back to life.
A simple kiss made her heart beat just enough to let him know it was consensual.
He could've kept giving her kisses, enough to give her life little by little, but there was something in her kiss.
She was asking him for more.
No, not asking.
Demanding.
So he gave, carried her from the metal bed to his own, and made love to her until his heart seemed to be the one stopping and hers was beating on.
