Isabel was grateful that Sarah had spent most of the day in studio, because it would have been too difficult to explain the letter that appeared out of her lamp and her tearful reaction to it. It took a while, but eventually she was able to write a note back.

She didn't get much studying done that night.

The wedding and all the associated festivities had been fun, but after a pleasant afternoon with Wyatt at the New England Aquarium, Isabel was more then glad to be back in Fandom.

She unpacked quickly and settled in for her weekly dose of Phil Keoghan.

The door was open.

Aside from being social and cooking on Friday morning, answering a letter and talking to Jaina today, Isabel had had a mostly quiet weekend as she worked on finishing up her college applications. Parents Weekend was over and it seemed like everyone had survived with only a minimal of damage. There had been tough parts, good parts, some very good parts, and an unexpected reunion of sorts.
