sad but happy....

It's been 5 days since Ashur asked to nurse at night before bed. Our bedtime sessions were the last of his feedings, and I thought he would keep going... but ever since Christmas he's been increasingly less interested instead before bed he just asks to "snuggle onna couch with blue blankie" and so... we do. He still asks me to nurse his toys

How old is Ashur? Cai is 26 mths and shows no signs on weaning....it's kinda wearing me down (but we're doing child-led weaning for sure)

Ash is just a few days off Cai, if I remember correctly.

I knew the day would come that he'd stop asking, and when I offer he just giggles and snuggles his face into my cleavage... which is cute, but not really conducive to keeping up any kind of supply.

I'm sad, but so excited to see him grow and become such an amazing, snuggly, happy and loving little boy.
