Looks like it was a beautiful day. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! You have a great eye. I especially like the picture of the mossy roots; definitely the type of tree I would have had to play in as a kid.

I've been enduring a cloudy, chilly week with one of those really irritating end-of-winter colds and your photos were just the thing to brighten my day and make me ready for spring. Thanks!

It was a terrific day and the weather was just perfect, no clouds, 70 degrees, no humidity, light wind.
Glad you liked the pictures. I enjoy being able to share the blossoms with others.

I've never been able to discern much of a scent from them, even when they're all in full bloom like that. As beautiful as they are though, they certainly don't need one in my book.
