Jarvis doesn't really sleep, when he's not human. He takes some down time for running diagnostics, fixing anything that comes up amiss, that sort of thing - but it's not the same as sleeping. Still, it's adequate rest for the circumstances

So, theorectically not snoring, Tony is sleeping. It's an amusing sight, really.
At eight AM, right on time, Tony's alarm goes off, buzzing noisily. Six thwaps of the snooze alarm later.... he's still sleeping.

"Mr. Stark, I wholly recommend that you are awake and dressed by the time Miss Potts gets here."
She'll be upset, if he's late to any of his appointments. And he really doesn't want to risk his personal assistant's wrath, does he?

That may have gone without saying, but Tony did ask.

In the house, a glance around for any signs of life (mostly looking for Pepper), and then down the stairs to the workshop; it's pretty standard. At the glass doors, he juggles food and beer to key in the three-digit code, and he steps inside.
"Tony," he calls out as the door shuts behind him. The food's going on the imaging table, even if it's not meant for eating; another minute of trying to balance it and he was going to drop it.
Stark's got to be down here somewhere. He always is.
