Currently experiencing what is most likely a gallbladder attack.

Dull, achey, stabby pain on my right side, slightly under my ribcage. Front and back. Super sensitive if I push on my abdomen right below my ribs.

Feels like dying would be a nice alternative.

Started suddenly after eating dinner. Has been hurting for something like 7 hours.

You don't need that kind of negativity in your life. Don't waste your time worrying about how others feel about it. The loss of some people can be felt for what feels like lifetimes. Anybody who tells you otherwise has missed the true human connection.
