wtf I don't know how an employee could misled you like that and then not feel utterly and genuinely sorry when you arrived and they didn't have the product.

Did you eventually get your bulb?

Well, yes and no. I fimnally found one in a Homebase a long way away from where I live, but when I brought it home and fitted it - it ceased to work.
