Last night we went to a birthday party at Sarah's mom's gorgeous bungalow style house, and enjoyed conversation and food and endured some truly horrifying singing (towards the end, that is, it wasn't all caterwauling). I'm so glad you guys came to the party... sorry about the caterwauling (jesus CHRIST, right?!) and the boredom back at my house though. Were you present for Kyle freestyling a song about hanging out on the west side in a house with candles and dogs? Yeah, he was drunk.

I missed that! But I did have a really good time, both at your mom's house and back at yours. It's just NICE to be out with people, having good conversations and relaxing. Yay parties. :)
