Hullo, all! Here's a little fic. Actually, this is a sequel to my earlier fic, What Aunt Dahlia Saw - New Year's Eve.

OMG. I didn't have hopes for a part 2, but now there's going to be apart 3 as well?

Loved it. Absolutely loved it.

And Bertie. Bertie was too cute for words.
And I love how Dhalia is so understanding, and then slips in words as "fathead". LOL.

Glad you liked it. You'll be pleased to know that I'm currently working on a part 4, since I seem to be on a roll here. It will involve a bit less Auntie Dahlia, though, because I think it's about time Jeeves and Bertie had a talk about all this.

Glad that you liked Aunt D's method of addressing Bertie as well. It seems like for every time she calls him 'Bertie' she calls him ten other things. It was a conscious effort to make sure I didn't say 'fathead' too often, though I'm not sure if I really pulled it off!

Oh! I've just discovered that I missed the previous part so now I've read them both and enjoyed immensely! Your Dahlia is perfectly well written and absolutely verisimilar, I do believe in her behaviour in this situation, in her keenness of observation, her curiosity and protectiveness and evolution of emotions toward this relationship between her favourite nephew and his valet :-)
And this dialog between her and Bertie! You wrote it so finely, with so much subtle nuances, it was a real treat to read! :-)

And all her affectionate fatheads and blots! :-)) I love them :-))
And I totally loved the final part with Jeeves and smoking and Bertie's "I'll give you three guesses" :-))

Oh, what a adorable sequel! I really like the fact that Bertie was disclaimimg everything at the beginning (as if Aunt Dahlia would just give up), but then had to admit the relationship :D I look forward to the chat with Jeeves B)
