We are a large game that has been in-play for two years. This naturally means that Muns have come and gone as interest waxes and wanes. We are eager and willing to help new players get settled in, but having an understanding of the starting foundation of the game is particularly helpful for everyone.
We do not want someone to attempt to mimic previous Mun's playing style, but it is often necessary to keep certain plot-points pertaining to the character involved because it has a broad-game effect.

Arthur Weasley is the patriarch of his family, which is in turmoil. Arthur has retained his promotion at the Ministry, and with all of their children finished with Hogwarts, Arthur and Molly are in much better financial shape than they have ever been before. While still not 'rich', they are no longer strapped for every knut.
However, having adult children does not mean parental worries end. Bill is suffering from guilt and grief over the death of his young sister-in-law, Gabrielle, as well as the additional recent werewolf attacks as Fenrir appears to be 'targeting' Weasleys in an effort to get back at Bill. He is worried for the safety of the rest of his family, and yet has become somewhat withdrawn from his wife and family.
Charlie was hitting the bottle heavily while Percy was missing, presumed dead, though he seems to have regained a level of equilibrium now that Percy has returned, relatively unscathed. Charlie is presently heading back to Romania for a work assignment, but with the close-knit Weasley ties, he will always be available to come home for visits and the like. The Twins are still having smashing success with their shop, and Ron has now been promoted to a management position with them as they prepare to open their second store.
In the meantime, Lucius Malfoy is doing all he can to present an honourable face to the public, having been pardoned for any Death Eater crimes after evidence was brought forth to 'prove' Lucius was a spy for the Ministry in much the same way Snape spied for the Order.
Arthur is wanted to combat the Ministry prejudice still being foolishly perpetrated throughout the community. Minerva McGonagall has asked Arthur to begin to look for legal and legislative means by which to combat or perhaps even remove the Registry. Arthur is a very well-known public figure in many quarters, and it is the hope of the Admin Team that a strong Mun for Arthur will position him to 'run' for Minister for Magic at a later date.
Other potential Ministry Plots are in the works, again giving significant opportunity for interaction and character development for all Ministry employees, not just Arthur.
There are many, many characters with whom Arthur would have a great deal of involvement and interaction. His Mun would not be bored or lacking for something to do. He has had only one non-admin Mun for a very short time, but needs a devoted and dedicated Mun who will be able to be proactive and assertive on the Political and Ministry fronts, as well as looking after 'his' family.
