got my first swimming lesson from steve on sunday

first, he showed me how flip-turns work, and had me pratice a little. i now get what i'm Supposed to do, I jsut can't really do it yet. just need more pratice. then he showed me how to make my freestyle strokes more efficient... which will definately come in handy...

so I jsut finished my second final.
