I do. Dragons do not usually form such attachments, it is not in our nature to do so but I can deny that I care for her and her wellbeing greatly.

Come, come, after the prior outburst I am sure you can elaborate. While you may not approve of my means, I will do what I must to make sure that she is well and looked after. Do not ever doubt that, I will ever be at her side.

It makes me very glad that she has people like you that she can rely on here who understand that she is allowed to have feelings and to show them to others.

It is always a pleasure to meet one of Lioriley's knights.

[Actually, it's not given that he wanted to smack the one that left and still wants to smack one of the others on a fairly regular basis.]

Keeping an eye on her is what is best in this situation. And letting her know that it is perfectly acceptable for her to say how she feels and to show it.
She is a good friend. She has a large heart for her small stature.

It was Nepeta who told me such a term when we first spoke and discussed my relation to Lioriley and having a single word for it is rather helpful when my role in her life encompasses several things.
She carries a great deal of unnecessary guilt on her shoulders over events in the past that she had no control over.
