I'm pleased with myself. I got my dad to read World War Z, and he likes it a lot. For context: my dad almost never reads anything but the newspaper and the Bible, and his taste in movies is mostly limited to romantic comedies. But. I think I may be beginning to sleep properly again. Today was the first morning for a while that I didn't feel tired as soon as I popped out of bed. And the second in a while that I don't remember waking up in the night. I like these developments.
