I think my Classicspam is turning into a saga.

There are no spoilers here. Just absurdity and a bit 'o language.

Is that... Jamie beating the crap out of Adric? I know I should be shocked by this, but since it's Jamie I find myself strangely compelled to cheer. Poor Adric...

Amazingly, it is Jamie, and it isn't Jamie. And it also isn't Adric. That's from the comic "Planet of the Dead" (not to be confused with the Tennant special) where Seven lands on a planet of shapeshifters that manifest as his dead companions (including Katarina and Sara Kingdom and, since this is unfortunately following comic continuity, Jamie). I still need to read the whole thing instead of just skimming it when I see it in the store. I know it involves a full-on scuffle between Adric and Jamie because they're angry at learning that the Doctor has other men in his life.

Ohh, so that's why one of the women behind them was reminding me of Sara (and this even though I could only see half of her face). I assume the other one is Katarina, then? Yeah, I don't approve of comic continuity, for obvious reasons. *shakes fist at Grant Morrison*
I had a similar idea for a fic once - it's not the first time I discover it's been done before.

This would be perfection incarnate if the Subtext one was on a Pertwee/Master shot. (I mean, *really*.) But it's probably just as well there's that one imperfection, else the internets might implode from the win.

Anyway, I'm never adverse to more Five. Even bug-eyed, about to be snogged by the Master Five.
