There are complaints over the net that Android (particularly, Ice Cream Sandwich) suffers from periodical launcher hang.
The phenomenon appears as beck screen, or freeze screen, following by message:

На первый взгляд может показаться, что бесплатная программа Fences - просто очередное "украшательство" компа. Я лично против всяких украшательств, ибо практической пользы они не дают, а быстродействие замедляют.
