I am going to school to be a teacher and I vow that I will not put my students through what I have to go through. Recently I've seen a rising trend in people I know and even some friends becoming devoute Christians. By this I mean, they are constantly involved in their church or always have something to say about "Christ's word". There are these communites on LiveJournal such as snacksters and give_me_cake that host international food swaps. So, basically you become a member of the community and register for the swap, they give you a partner, you buy $15 worth of snacks and send it across the world.
