Summary: Billy is given some devastating news
Authors note: Has anyone ever noticed that during "So they say" Billy's back wall is literally covered with MRI Brain scans. Has anyone ever wondered WHY?

I like the take on it that Billy has very little to live which explains his need to freeze time, but there is one slight error. Those are MRI scans on display, not X-rays. X-rays are horrible (excuse the pun) at picking up brain tissue.

In a world where the freeze ray is possible, I'm going to guess that X-rays can pick up brain tissue.

Oh, I do. Mixed up what I was trying to say. I wouldn't know the difference between an MRI and X-Ray to save my life.

this totally makes sense, very well describes what might have motivated his desire to freeze time (soooo poignant :( *wipes away tears*)...

this was very much in character, very believable and touching... loved it, hon :) *hugs*

I'd noticed the x-rays, but figured they went with the mad-doctor theme. ;) Yes, great take on them. Wonderful job, especially on the "fish rots from the head" reference.

hehe. This is what you get for watching Dr Horrible at 4 in the morning followed by Doogie Howser followed by A Stranger In The Family. I've seen it umpteen times but never stopped to think about it.
