Sarah Palin and her PAC will, of course, deny any responsibility in the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ). But this is the same thing we see in the anti-choice movement - when you call for violence either directly or indirectly, you don't get to play innocent when someone takes you at your word.
