Got a letter from the IRS saying that I need to start paying back the tax credit from buying my trailer. I had thought it was a tax break, not a loan from the government. Seems very odd to deduct from my taxes and then two years later send me a letter saying how much I need to pay each year and more if they decide to change it on me.

My car died. Sudden overheating followed shortly by the engine cutting out as I pulled into my parking spot. I am grateful that the car made it to the spot before dying. It won't start anymore. I suspect it is some sort of water pump/timing belt issue ( Read more... )

I have been playing with my new fire props more. Between the zip-poi and the fire contact ball, I find it amazing that I have any arm hair left. At this rate I will develop quite a tolerance to fire/heat. Either that or end up burning myself badly someday.

Often I try to slow down time in the mornings to get more sleep. This morning I didn't have to try, the clock just moved very slowly.
