I realised this page is grossly neglected. I've been so caught up with work and voluntary work and before I know it, I've hit the big 3 already.

Truly truly inspirational.
The Ironman Triathlon - 4km swim, 180km cycling, 42km run. Not an easy feat for a normal person. Imagine having to do the Ironman Triathlon, carrying, pushing, pulling your paralized 50kg son to complete the triathlon.
