I've had a surgery scheduled for next Wednesday set for about 5 weeks now. (For some reason, after it healed up, he felt he needed to wait 6 whole weeks and do it right before the holiday.) Hon? you do realize you're not supposed to eat ANYTHING 12 hours prior to ANY kind of major surgery, right?

Um, why the hell aren't they calling you with these time changes? Mail gets lost so easily. I often had the wrong mail in my PO Box (in the days when I kept a PO Box). How ridiculous if you show up for an 11 am surgery, only to find that they mailed the letter yesterday rescheduling you for 9 am. Feh.

And most surgeries require that you don't eat for 12 hours before, unless they're just doing local anasthesia.

Yeah, it's local so I can eat. Will just lay low afterwards.

I wish I could have actually talked to someone at the office to go off on them today. NOT happy about that.
