I think I'm starting to pay for the long nights and busy weekend. On top of just being so tired yesterday, I started getting a sore throat too. Sore throat bothered me throughout the night while trying to sleep. Guess I'll just lay low tonight and get some rest when I get home. No gym or anything extra. Wish I could just go back to bed.

...or any of the other BS that chickie-poo from last week said. I went and met with Jay after work last night for physical therapy. He did more in the first 10-15 minutes with me than she did the whole session. He says that it sounds like I did some damage to a disk in my back. Think I'm finally nearing the end of my cold. The congestion in my chest is finally starting to clear out and I can breathe again. Also finally managed to get the phone number and name of the physical therapy place from my doctor's office so I'll call them today too ( Read more... )

My back is still killing me. It bothered me most of the night and then took me quite a while to get out of bed this morning. I had to work my way over the bed to the nightstand to to to get to my feet and then sort of walk my way slowly up the wall to stand up. Finally finished cleaning the friends list. It wasn't an easy process by any means. I cut a lot of journals that didn't seem to be in use any more, people I had grown away from or never seemed to connect to, and a few others for other reasons. I really hope today goes better. Things have been kinda rough since yesterday afternoon. I started getting an upset stomach yesterday but luckily I never got nauseous tho I was close. After not feeling well Monday at work, I stayed home yesterday too. I headed back to bed after having some breakfast and slept til past noon. I layed on the couch and releaded the OS on my computer and watched my Stripperlla DVDs. (I love that show!) Ended up sleeping for a couple more hours in the afternoon. Lunch time. Not feeling too great today. Been feeling a little run down all morning. Tossed and turned last night even tho I made myself go to bed at 12.
