I get the feeling I've gone about coming out to the world at large the wrong way: come out and then look for the community. It might be a lot easier to do it the other way because really, it *is* a little isolating to see resources for monoattracted people and none for me. No, I don't want to go to a meeting for lesbians. Writing is hard
I currently have 268 semi-original words down on a sheet of paper, after having woken up at 5am with a plotline buzzing in my head - sort of - and it has taken me almost an hour to set them down. It's crappy writing, it's difficult dialogue, there's nothing about character development in it because I'm just writing banter like I usually do, but it' ( Read more... ) -
Two days later
The roads to the east are blocked. The road to Melbourne is cut off. There's a fire about an hour south as well. So we're staying put...naturally. And thank every one in the pantheon of saints and God, we're fine. We're far enough away that there's very little to worry about. Funeral costs

Alright, I am technologically retarded.
How the hell does one make icons? I realise I have one. Someone made it for me. And no, I don't really want to shell out $100+ to buy Photoshop. Because I'm cheap like that....
And then, we move on to the real question - how does one create .gif icons?
