I've been trying to shrink down all our extraneous stuff by selling off these things.  I sold my eliptical bike (which took up a HUGE, not to mention was very heavy), sold some Zines, sold the carpet cleaner, and will be posting Kelly's bike, tv & bedroom dressers shortly.

But you're right. Your hubby should sell some of his things as well. Rare baseball cards have some worth for collector's. At least it maybe could bring some financial relief.

Other than to say that I was selling some Zines because we were having severe financial issues and would have to move to a smaller place.

I am so sorry to hear all of this stress and these real life issues are clobbering you so badly. Sending good thoughts and hopes that there is light at the end of the tunnel very very soon.
