I would like to start this post by saying: I officially detest outsourced customer service centers. It has nothing to do with whether or not it's taking away American jobs. I now officially have an icky dry cough. I'll try a decongestant tonight. And somewhere, if all else fails and this gets worse, I have some cough syrup with codeine hidden away. -

Mmmmm.
Yesterday Jenny and I baked cookies. I found the recipe in my mom's recipe box, an old index card with my grandmother's name in the upper corner.
The cookies tasted like my childhood. They were delicious. I want more. :D -
Shiver.
