Tom steps through the Milliways painting, bringing his guest with him.
"This is the front gallery of the House of Arch, Rapunzel. From here, we choose which painting to go through to reach our destination in the House. This painting is the entrance to the school room." He gestures at a framed picture of a one room school house.
"Shall we? Or would you like a moment? Sometimes one's first entrance can be unsettling; there are memories in the walls, you see, though the charm I placed on the paintings lessens the effect somewhat."
