My Hilton brothers (and/or sisters) out there should feel their own brand of special terror when I mention the "Catch Me At My Best" program.

See we don't have that, we have surveys they fill out online. and as long as they remember our names (or something totally specific) then we get $5, we use to get $10...damn recession...actually Corporate thought since I would bank over $120 a month we were making it up.

Bloody hate it. We get so many backhanded comliments when that is running. "Oh so that's why you were so nice, you want me to fill out one of those cards"

Although Tits McGee who use to work here would put on her most throaty phone sex voice, hoik her boobs up and tell the guests all about "catching her" *roll eyes*

Total bullshit. We had sisters working in housekeeping so they filled out dozens for each other. It's a kiss ass program and does nothing but instill sarcasm and resentment. Nicely done, Hilton.

these girls who used to work at the front desk with me had regulars fill out the cards for them... yeah nice try.

though we do have this one regular who fills out cards for everyone... he's a little odd.

hampton inn - yeah i'm there too.

the thing with our hotel is, we have a "Manager on Duty" sign, and i keep getting called by whichever name is on the sign - no biggie, i correct people and point out the name tag on my jacket.

been wondering though...our assistant manager has quite a few "caught"s...thinking she's getting ones i should have gotten, but guests think my name is hers, since it's on the wall....

interesting.
