I've been thinking a lot about the Welcome Center since Emma--Miss Woodhouse, sorry--made some suggestions about it. Some of her ideas were really strange, but it's so great that she's excited about making things better around here. I don't think I've ever met anyone with that kind of enthusiasm.

The Center doesn't really do anything since I'm the worst organizer in the history of ever, but the idea is to help people out when they first get here... you know, set them up with a place to stay and food and things until they can find a job and go out on their own. I'd really, really like to make it more of a community center, though. That way, we could help everyone in the City who needs it.
