I've been thinking a lot about the Welcome Center since Emma--Miss Woodhouse, sorry--made some suggestions about it. Some of her ideas were really strange, but it's so great that she's excited about making things better around here. I don't think I've ever met anyone with that kind of enthusiasm.

The Center doesn't really do anything since I'm the worst organizer in the history of ever, but the idea is to help people out when they first get here... you know, set them up with a place to stay and food and things until they can find a job and go out on their own. I'd really, really like to make it more of a community center, though. That way, we could help everyone in the City who needs it.

It's nice of you to take an interest in it!

I'm all for freedom of speech, but you really don't need to use it to threaten Raikov. He was really upset about his apartment, and I think he's watching out for me. He's thoughtful like that.

But I'm sure you didn't do anything to his apartment on purpose.
