Friday or not, I've been collecting this past week's bullet points. I present them now for your consideration:

I agree about the taste-buds changing thing. I recently developed a fondness for feta cheese, which I have vehemently ABHORRED my entire life. I wonder if bleu cheese might be coming on board soon?

Oh, I hope it does. Bleu can be so yummy. Maybe it's the type of bleu. I favor danish myself, and avoid the ubiquitous gorgonzola when ever possible.

My sister moved near West Branch last year. What market has their own smoke house?? I'll have to check that out.

Brian's Fruit & Meat Market smokes their own bacon, chops, sausages---probably hams at holiday times, too. And they make their own beef bologna, too. The quality there is really nice, and so are the prices.
It's becoming a regular stop when we're headed home from Upnorth.

If you ever go down 13 on the way home stop at William's Cheese shop and the Turkey Roost. Those are two of our favorite stops on the way back from up north. Looks like we might be adding Brians.
