It's strange but, without Dean here, things seem a little...strange. Quieter. I do hope he's enjoying himself, wherever he is. Though, I suppose when I left, I didn't enjoy much of anything.
We are falling back into a lull on the ship, which is a good sign, but I'm wary of it. Does that make me paranoid?

The beings from the hell I know do not look nor act like that. What kind of hell is that? Certainly not one I ever want to see. Seems like I also have a warden now. I have to admit that this fact surprises me. It is strange to be on the other side of the coin.

I think the inevitable has happened. To be able to knock things over...that's an entirely new breed. I have no doubt that this is a Barge wide incident, but still...knocking my coffee over in my lap?
Very rude. And I liked those pants.

Something that I have not heard asked about the much discussed hallucinations: do these happen when you are in a group? The whispering walls, the disembodied voices. The complete visual hallucinations- are they strictly on a one person basis? This is a phenomenon I have never seen before but it seems so much like hell.

I think I have figured out the way that this place works. There is a natural balance aboard the Barge. A large influx of new people, mostly inmates, to balance out the influx of new wardens. I wasn't aware of this pattern before, but it's becoming clearer now as time goes on. I suppose that is a good thing. Too many inmates and the Barge could ( Read more... )
