However, despite what he does, it really does seem as though he's having a bit of trouble with that cat. Perhaps the animals were just as fond as him as they were of them? All animals - and even people - showed their affection in different manners. Even if it some were a little more violent and aggressive than others. Or perhaps he has a scent or taste that they cannot help but like?
With a more gentle smile on her face (and the rice ball now swallowed and happily eaten), Amaterasu walks over and kneels before both him and the animal attached to his hand. Would he be opposed to a little help in attempts to detach the cat?]
